Day 1

place Arrival

The arrival of the group. Welcome to the airport by our staff and transfer to the hotel for check-in.

Day 2

place Walking tour of Ghar Lipsi

On this day the group will for a walk along our Eastern / South Eastern coast of Malta. The walk is from Fawwara to Ghar Lapsi and the people will be able to enjoy the scenery. The walk will take around 2 hours and will end at the picturesque Ghar Lapsi. Here should they want they can have a typical Maltese rabbit lunch at the long-standing and still popular – Lapsi View Restaurant. In the afternoon the tour will continue with a visit of the Hagar Qim Neolithic Temples and the Blue grotto - boat charges not included. After these visits, return to the hotel.

Day 3

place Visit to Majjistral Park

This day will stary with a walk across the Majjistral Park. Majjistral is the Maltese word for North West, since in fact this area is a nature reserve overlooking the North western part of Malta. After the walk the guests will be given free time at Golden Bay, with the possibility of swimming (weather permitting) and also – optionally – having a picnic lunch organised by us (at an extra cost). After the lunch break the tour will continue with cultural visits to the old capital City of Mdina and Rabat. After these visits, return to the hotel.

Day 4

place Unesco Heritage Sites

This day will be dedicated for cultural visits some of the most important historical sites of Malta – The UNESCO Heritage site and Capital City – Valletta and the Three Fortified Cities known as Cottonera, accompanied by our German-speaking guide. In Valletta, the group will visit the Upper Barracca Gardens, the St. John’s Cathedral with the Caravaggio priceless masterpiece – The Beheading of St. John - and the Grand Master’s Palace. This will be followed by free time for lunch. After lunch break the visits will resume with will continue with the Three Cities which will also include a short boat trip around the Grand Harbour by means of Maltese typical boats – Dghajsa.

Day 5

place Visit to Island of Gozo

On this day the group will be treated for an adventure day in the sister island of Gozo. After taking the ferry from Cirkewwa Malta the, group will arrive in Mgarr in Gozo, where they will all be given a mountain bike together with helmet and leave, together with the cycling guide for a ca 2 and a half hour biking tour of Gozo that will end at the Citadel. After the visit of the Citadel the group will have a typical Maltese lunch at the Ta Rikkardu Tavern. In the afternoon we will drive to one of Gozo’s beautiful bays and fjords (depending on the wind’s direction) and activity will change into Kayaking! Again, the group will be taken by an expert Kayaking guide for a tour.

Day 6

place Visit to Souther Malta

This day will be dedicated to the southern coast of Malta. On this day the group will be guided for a walk from St Thomas Bay to Delimara, visiting Peters Pool on the way. Find some of the scenario that the group will be treated to during this walk . After the walk the tour will continue with a visit of the Fishing Village of Marsaxlokk where the group will also have the possibility of have lunch in one of the typical restaurants of the village.

Day 7

place Coast of Malta

This day the group will have a half-day walk along some of the most scenic coastline in the western coast of Malta – Mtahleb. At the end of this last walk we will proceed to Meridiana Wine Estate. This is a relatively small wine estate that produces some of the finest local DOC wines. Here the group will have a short visit of the estate followed by a wine tasting session with local Maltese delicacies serving as lunch.
