Day 1

place Muscat Airport arrival – Muscat Half city tour – Overnight in Muscat

Arrival at Muscat International Airport. Meet and greet by the representative of Miracle Oman and transfer to the hotel. Check-in time is 14:00 hrs. (Early check-in is subject to availability.


In the afternoon, Take a half-day city tour of Muscat, visiting the following: attractions:


Royal Opera House Muscat (30 Mins inside tour): Head to the Royal Opera House Muscat, a stunning architectural masterpiece. Even if there isn't a performance during your visit, You can still admire the exterior and the beautifully landscaped gardens.


Bait Al Zubair Museum: A museum dedicated to Omani culture and heritage, with a collection of traditional costumes, jewelry, and artifacts. The museum is housed in a traditional Omani house and offers visitors a glimpse into the country's rich history and culture.


Al Alam Palace: The official residence of the Sultan of Oman, set against the backdrop of the Al Hajar Mountains. The palace is surrounded by beautiful gardens and is not open to the public, but visitors can admire it from the outside.


Visit the historic Al Jalali and Al Mirani Forts, which guard the entrance to Muscat Bay. While you can't enter the forts, you can admire their architecture and take photos from the outside.


Mutrah Souq: A traditional Omani market where you can buy souvenirs such as Omani carpets, jewelry, and spices. The souq is a great place to experience the local culture and atmosphere.

At 8:30 AM Start with a visit to the magnificent Grand Mosque built from sandstone and marble. A beautiful Swarowski chandelier and a huge handmade Persian carpet adorn the main prayer hall.


Our journey takes us from Muscat to the historic Jabreen Castle, an architectural marvel that showcases intricate wooden carvings, painted ceilings, and a rich history dating back to the 17th century. As you explore the castle, you'll gain insight into Oman's cultural and historical heritage.


The UNESCO-listed Bahla Fort awaits our visit next. This imposing structure, surrounded by a maze of ancient walls, offers a glimpse into the past and stands as a testament to Omani craftsmanship. The fort is known for its well-preserved architecture and fascinating historical significance.


From there, we ascend to Jebel Shams, the "Mountain of the Sun." This towering peak provides awe-inspiring panoramic views of the rugged landscapes and deep canyons, making it a perfect spot for nature enthusiasts and photographers alike.


As we continue our adventure, we'll make our way to the charming village of Misfah Al Abriyeen. Here, you'll encounter terraced farms, ancient stone houses, and a tranquil ambiance that transports you back in time.

At 8:30 AM. Our day begins with a tour of Nizwa, where we'll explore its historic souq and the imposing Nizwa Fort. The souq's bustling atmosphere is a sensory delight, with the aroma of spices, the glimmer of brassware, and the chatter of vendors creating a vibrant tapestry of local life. You can also witness traditional Omani silverwork being crafted by skilled artisans.


After soaking in the vibrant atmosphere, we'll venture to Birkat Al Mouz, a quaint village surrounded by lush date palm plantations. Here, you can take leisurely strolls through the verdant oasis, capturing the essence of Oman's agricultural heritage.


Continuing our journey, we'll ascend to the cool heights of Jabal Al Akhdar, also known as the Green Mountain. This picturesque region boasts terraced gardens and cool, temperate weather, making it a perfect respite from the desert heat. Enjoy the beauty of the landscape and the serene mountain air.

Day 4

Our journey starts at 8:30 AM then leads to Ibra, a historic town renowned for its bustling souq and traditional architecture. You can explore the souq, where you may find treasures such as handmade carpets, spices, and exquisite pottery. Nearby, the ancient village of Manzifat, with its mudbrick houses and winding alleys, invites you to step back in time and experience rural Omani life.


Our adventure continues with a visit to Wadi Bani Khaled, a picturesque wadi (valley) characterized by its emerald-green pools and palm trees. Here, you'll have the opportunity to take a refreshing dip, unwind by the tranquil waters, or simply enjoy the natural beauty that surrounds you.


As the day progresses, we arrive at the entrance of Wahiba Sands, also known as Sharqiya Sands. The longitudinal dunes stretch 200 km long and 100 km wide until the Arabian Sea and have been home to the Bedouin for 7000 years. You can venture up the high dunes and witness the unforgettable desert sunset and gently driving through the sand dunes to reach the camp. Experience the unique atmosphere of the desert and there also maybe a chance of visiting a Bedouin family home. Burqa masks are worn by the ladies, signifying tribal traditions and more of a Bedouin culture

In the morning, the golden dunes of Wahiba Sands beckon you for exploration. Here, you can experience the ever-shifting sands and the beauty of the desert landscape.


Our journey continues to the coastal town of Sur, known for its historical shipyards. Visit the dhow factory to see the construction of traditional wooden boats, that vary in design and size. Thereafter take a photo opportunity at Ayjah lighthouse.


You'll have some leisure time to enjoy the serene coastal ambiance, perhaps taking a peaceful stroll along the beach or simply relaxing by the sea.


As the evening approaches, we'll visit Ras Al Hadd, renowned for its pristine beaches and, most notably, its turtle nesting sites. Participate in a guided turtle-watching tour, where you can witness these magnificent creatures coming ashore to lay their eggs, an awe-inspiring and unforgettable experience.

After breakfast, at 8:30AM. Our adventure continues as we visit the stunning Wadi Shab, a breathtaking canyon renowned for its emerald-green pools and hidden caves. Embark on a memorable trek, which includes swimming through narrow canyons and navigating boulders, leading you to the main waterfall. The beauty of this wadi is truly captivating.


Following this, we'll make a stop at the Bimah Sinkhole, a natural wonder formed by the collapse of an underground cave. The turquoise waters invite you for a refreshing swim, or you can simply relax by the sinkhole's edge.


Finally, we'll return to Muscat, and to be transferred to Muscat International Airport.
