Day 1

place Arrival at Kathmandu city

Our airport representative will be waiting for you at the arrival gate and receive you from the airport. You will be transferred to your respective hotel in Kathmandu and spend overnight. Depending upon your arrival time we will show you around Kathmandu. But if your flight is in the evening or later, then exploring Kathmandu might not be possible on that day. This day you will be given briefing about your trek and last moment preparations.

Day 2

place Fly to lukla and trek to Phakding

This day you will fly to Tenzing Hillary Airport, Lukla early in the morning. After reaching Lukla, you will be introduced with your guide and porter who will be with you throughout the trek. The trek to Phakding will start with a gradual descent till Phakding via Chheplung and Ghat village. Then the trek will be followed by a gentle climb up to the mountainside of Dudh koshi river. The trek to Phakding is about 3 hours in an average depending on your speed of walking. After this short trek, you will reach to Phakding in the afternoon and rest for the day.

Day 3

place Phakding to Namche bazar

The trekking to Namche Bazar from Phakding will start right after the breakfast. This day you will pass through the two beautiful glacier lakes- Dudh Koshi and Bhote Koshi river. You will be mesmerized to see the wonderful snowcapped mountains Kushum Kanguru (6369 m) and Thamserku (6623 m). You will get to see the sherpa village and their culture on the way to Namche. You will also get an opportunity to see the mesmerizing view of the Mt. Everest (8848 m) and Lhotse (8516 m).

Day 4

place Acclimatization at Namche bazar

To adjust with the altitude and thin layer, you will be acclimatized at Namche bazar so that you accustom to the climate. To make the utilization of the day, you will be exploring Namche bazar and visiting the nearby To utilize this day, we will be exploring Namche Bazar and visiting nearby places. Cyber-Cafes, restaurants, people over there, their culture and traditions, provide us with enough options to enjoy the amazing town of Namche Bazar. After finishing exploring the town, we still have many places to visit.

Day 5

place Trek to Tengboche

After the early breakfast, you will be heading towards Tengboche, which is the largest monastery in the Everest region built in 1916. In this monastery, you will see the numerous thankas, murals, a 20-foot sculpture of Buddha, musical instruments and robes of the Lamas. In this trekking route, you will pass through the prayer flags, Buddhist prayers carved into the walls, and witness the jaw dropping mountains like Everest, Lhoste, Nuptse (7855 m) and Tawoche (6501 m). An eye pleasing site of birds such as colorful males and Daphne pheasant is also another attraction during the trek to Tengboche.

Day 6

place Trek to Dingboche

This day, you will start your journey towards Dingboche from Tengboche where you will pass through alpine forest and Imja river. Dingboche is a small, scattered village with the highest settlement of the Sherpas in the Khumbu region. The walk through Dingboche offers you to witness wildlife and the closure view of the himalayan ranges. You will take a break in the middle for lunch in the place called Pangboche. After you reach Dingboche, you will spend the rest of the time and overnight here.

Day 7

place Acclimatization at Dingboche

For the acclimatization, you will utilize your day by hiking the Nangartshang hill. The hike to Nangartshang hill will let you witness the fascinating view of Mt. Makalu (8463 m) and the amazing view point of Mt. Ama Dablam. Since this day is allocated to adjust with the high altitude, after the completion of the hike, you can enjoy your free time by strolling around the village or do anything that interests you.

Day 8

place Trek to Lobuche

You will now trek further towards Lobuche after the 2 mights stay in Dingboche. The trek will begin with a gentle climb towards the Pheriche Valley where you will get to witness the mesmerizing site of Tawoch and Cholotse mountains. Enroute to Lobuche, you will pass through Thokla pass where the large collection of tombstones and memorials to the lost climbers and Sherpas can be seen. The beautiful view of the Khumbu glacier will keep you motivated and finally you will reach Lobuche.

Day 9

place Lobuche to Gorak Shep – Everest Base Camp

The final destination to Everest Base Camp trek is reached on this day. After having breakfast, you will embark your journey towards Everest base camp via Gorak Shep which is the last tea house settlement in this trekking trail. After the lunch at Gorakshep, you will move further to the highest base camp in the world- Everest Base Camp. The walk towards the base camp is the exhausting climb which passes through the moraine of Khumbu glacier. But the beautiful view of Mt. Everest, Mt. Mahalangur, Mt. Lingtern, Mt. Khumbutse, Mt. Nuptse and others will take away your exhaustion. Now you will head back to the teahouse in Gorakahep from the Everest base camp and stay overnight.

Day 10

place Gorak Shep to Kala Patthar and to Pheriche

From the Gorak Shep, you will start your journey towards Kala Patthar which is quite a challenging climb that takes about 3 hours. But the view from Kala Patthar is best for the sunrise, where you can enjoy the epic view of the sun rays kissing the tips of the mountains including Everest. After reaching Kala Patthar, you will head to the easy climb down to Pheriche where the Himalayan Rescue Association Clinic is situated which mainly focuses on altitude sickness and related problems of trekkers and climbers. You will be spent the night at Pheriche.

Day 11

place Pheriche to Namche Bazaar

Now it's time for you to return back from where you all started. You will be heading towards Namche Bazar from Pheriche, which will be quite an exhausting walk since you will have to trek for 6-7 hours. But the hot shower and the lovely warm dinner that awaits you in Namche Bazar will take all your exhaustion away.

Day 12

place Namche Bazaar to Lukla

On this day, you will again head back to Lukla right after the breakfast from Namche Bazar. Your heart will be filled with pride since you will have completed the Everest Base Camp trek, one of the bucket list of many travelers.

Day 13

place Lukla to Kathmandu

Your flight from Lukla to Kathmandu will board in the morning. The airport representative will receive you from the Kathmandu airport and take you to your respective hotel where you can rest for a while. The remaining is your leisure day so, in the evening you can explore Kathmandu and do some shopping and see the night life of Thamel (a famous tourist hub) as this will be your last night in Nepal.

Day 14

place Departure Day

Your Everest trek finally ends here and it's time for you to go back to your home. If you flight is late in the evening then you still have some time to explore more of Kathmandu. We will be providing a private transport for you to the airport and bid goodbye.
