Day 1

place Arrival in Baltra and visit of Bartolomé Island

You will arrive at the Baltra airport and you will be greeted by our naturalist guides who will accompany you by bus to board the Galapagos Legend. A welcome cocktail will be served there before lunch. In the afternoon, you will depart for the island of Bartolomé, the most famous of the archipelago thanks to the impressive view it offers from its summit over the Pinnacle Rock and the island of Santiago. You can reach this magnificent point of view by going up its wooden walkway. Snorkeling in this area should allow you to encounter Galapagos penguins, white tip sharks, and playful sea lions.

Guide: Included for the day

Meals: Lunch, Dinner

Day 2

place South Plaza and North Seymour

As soon as you arrive at the South Plaza Island, a magnificent show will be offered with sea lions, forked-tailed gulls and iguanas that are numerous in this area. This small island, dotted with Opuntia cacti, is covered in a carpet of red succulents. At the edge of one of its cliffs you can see the flight of frigates, puffins, and red-billed phaetons. In the afternoon, on North Seymour Island, you will have the opportunity to see male frigates courting females with clicks, spikes, tremors, and flapping, exposing their swollen jugular pouches. It is also not uncommon to see blue-footed boobies displaying their unusual feet while dancing in front of a female. The sea lions crashing through the waves and the view of Daphne Island will add even more to your scale.

Guide: Included for the day

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Day 3

place San Cristóbal island

You will disembark at Punta Pitt beach and then prepare to climb a steep path to a viewpoint, the only place on the islands where it is possible to observe all three species of boobies at the same time. The red-footed booby generally perches in the trees, while the masked booby roams the cliffs, and the blue-footed booby wanders a little further into the island. Here you can snorkel or even kayak (the latter is paid on the boat). In the direction of Cerro Brujo, first you will be surprised by the immensity of these cliffs, then you can enjoy sharing the beach with the sea lions, diving or even walking to isolated coves where you can have the opportunity to see American stilts or even Bahamian ducks.

Guide: Included for the day

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Day 4

place Turtle reserve and flight back to the mainland

In the reliefs of San Cristóbal you will visit the giant tortoise reserve, to observe the iconic creatures of the archipelago in different stages of their life. Turtles roam in a semi-natural habitat that also allows for beautiful photographic opportunities. The objective of the reserve is to help repopulate San Cristóbal with these species now in danger of extinction. You will then have the opportunity to buy some souvenirs at the local craft stores, before being escorted back to the airport for your flight back to the mainland.
