Day 1

place Calama Airport - Transfer to San Pedro de Atacama + Afternoon Vallecito excursion

Reception at Calama Airport and transfer to your hotel in San Pedro de Atacama. Departure from San Pedro towards Llano de la Paciencia, about 15 minutes, driving south 8 km to enter the area of the old gas pipeline with roads for normal cars. The first stop is in the terrace sector where we can find the magic bus and the salt mine, then we will go to a viewpoint where we can appreciate the salt mountain range in all its splendor, with a panoramic view of the Andes. We will continue to the salt outcrop sector, where you will find formations completely of salt rocks. Finally, we can have a snack on the way to the ayllus in the sector of the carob trees with a full view of the volcanoes. Overnight @ 4* Hotel in San Pedro de Atacama

Day 2

place San Pedro de Atacama: Full Day High Tuyajtu Lagoon with lunch

Full Day High Tuyajtu Lagoon with lunch We head south to Socaire, a territory with a large extension of cultivation terraces. We visit the Church of San Bartolomé. We continue to the high Andean area of Tuyajto Lagoon and the Aguas Calientes Saltflat to contemplate its beauty from its viewpoints. We return to the town of Socaire to enjoy a lunch with local products. Finally, we return to Toconao to visit the main square where the Campanario de San Lucas is located, a historical monument from the 18th century. Back to the hotel. Recommendations: Trekking boot, comfortable clothing for hot and cold, gloves, wool cap / hat, sun protection, sunglasses. In winter it is very cold. Excursion not recommended for people with heart disease, hypertension and pregnant women due to exposure to altitude over 4,000 meters above sea level. Overnight @ 4* Hotel in San Pedro de Atacama

place San Pedro de Atacama - Tatio Geysers + Transfer to Calama Airport

Today we recommend taking this excursion: 05:30am - 12:00pm El Tatio Geysers and Machuca. Difficulty: easy (with the previous acclimation). Late afternoon, you will be transfered to the airport to take your flight back home. (we recommned booking a flight after 4:00 pm) End of our services
