Day 2

City tour of Buenos Aires (B)


Today, you'll be heading on an exciting 3-hour guided tour to explore the spectacular city of Buenos Aires! At the first stop, you will discover the history of “May Square”, the site of the most important historical events and where their protagonists made history since its foundation. You can see its surroundings, the most emblematic buildings, and learn all about them. Then, enjoy May Avenue and wonder in awe at the oldest residential neighborhood in Buenos Aires: San Telmo. Walk along its cobble-stoned streets and discover its antiques shops and picturesque buildings. Live and feel the original Tango in the neighborhood of La Boca: walk along “Caminito Street” and enjoy the dancers and souvenir shops. See the mythical Boca Juniors soccer stadium. Contemplate the modernization of the city whilst traveling along “Madero Port” and its exclusive docks, full of excellent restaurants and large office buildings. Pass through the Retiro neighborhood and move on to see Palermo and its most exclusive residential area before finally arriving at Recoleta. Once there, discover the final resting place of Eva Peron, “Evita” and wander through Recoleta Cemetery where her remains are to be found.

Transfer across to Puerto Iguazu (B)


Today, you'll be making your way to Puerto Iguazu! We'll transfer you to the airport and you'll catch your flight across. You'll be met by our representative at Puerto Iguazu airport and escorted to your hotel. Our representative will assist you with check-in procedures and provide you another detailed itinerary with additional contact information.

Argentinian Falls Excursion (B)


The Argentine Side Falls Package starts with a comfortable transfer service from Puerto Iguazu to the entrance of the Iguazu Falls National Park. A professional guide will accompany you to take you through the Park’s walkways and appreciate the exceptional scenery offered by the Falls. First, you will discover the charming rainforest of Iguazú through the footbridges of the lower tourist circuit. Then you will take a walk along the upper tourist circuit to see the magnificent panoramic views of the smaller falls and the delta that forms at the top of the Iguazú River. Then the tour will reach the famous Garganta del Diablo, where you will get an indescribable mix of beauty, energy, sounds and images as you witness the power of nature at its best. At the end of the day, a vehicle will be waiting for you to return to the hotel.

Brazilian Falls Excursion (B)


The Brazilian Falls are located on the western side of the Paraná State in Brazil. They were declared Natural World Heritage in the year 1986 by UNESCO. This Brazilian park with 185,000 hectares (458,000 acres) borders the Argentinean National Park and they are divided by the Iguazu River. Both parks make this region one of the largest natural protected areas in South America. The tour starts at the Visitor Center designed to be the gateway to the Park, operates as a visitor boarding and landing center since to access the route of the footbridges it is necessary to go with modern panoramic buses that make the transfer inside from the park. The extension of the footbridges is 1,200 meters from where you get a spectacular panoramic view of the 275 falls that make up the Iguazu Falls, of which the most important on the Brazilian side are four: Floriano, Deodoro, Benjamín Constant and Salto Unión or Devil’s Throat. Once the walk is over we will reach the panoramic elevator that allows us to get to the bus that will take us again to the access gate.

Enjoy the morning and afternoon free to explore the city on your own before taking your overnight bus to Salta.

Day 9

Visit to Purmamarca (B)


Departure from Salta to the town of Tastil, arriving later at San Antonio de los Cobres. A break is made for lunch, to cross Route 40 until reaching Salinas Grandes, just on the border between Salta and Jujuy. Then the descent begins through Cuesta de Lipán where condors are generally sighted, arriving at the typical town of Purmamarca and its Cerro de los Siete Colores.

Quebrada de Humahuaca Excursion (B)


Today you will enjoy a trip through the Quebrada, declared a World Heritage Site, where the landscape and the colors of the hills combine with the equally colorful cultures that inhabit this area. It is a journey of social contact and a view of the ancestral. It begins with the arrival at the Pueblito de Purmamarca to observe the Cerro de los Siete Colores. I pass through the Posta de Hornillos, continuing towards the town of Tilcara. Continue to Huacalera, passage of the Tropic of Capricorn, from where you can see the colors of the hill called the Pollera de la Colla. Visit to the Church of Uquía, where there are the paintings of the Arquebusiers Angels (important vestige in the area of the Cuzqueña school). Arrival in Humahuaca with its important Cathedral and the Monument to Independence (El Indio) by the sculptor Soto Avendaño. Return after lunch to observe from the route the Palette of the Painter that frames the town of Maimara. Arrival in San Salvador de Jujuy. Back to Salta.

Half Day Wineries and Vineyards Excursion


We will leave Mendoza City to head for the olive oil factories and the most important wineries placed at Luján de Cuyo department, one of the most developed wine regions in the city. We will visit an olive oil factory and the most well-known wineries, where we will taste great wines. Professional guides will be waiting for us to give a full explanation about the architectural style of the winery, the wine-making process, and how to taste wines. We will finish the tour visiting the Carrodilla`s Church, which is closely related to the history of Mendoza and its vineyards.

Full Day Aconcagua Experience (B)


We will enjoy a great day with unforgettable views of the Andes, and will get closer than ever to the highest mountain in the Americas. We will also give you the chance to take a walk on the trails of the Aconcagua Provincial Park, visit the Horcones lagoon, and get the best views of Aconcagua’s South Face. This tour was conceived to enjoy the unforgettable landscapes, the great stories that marked these roads, taking the necessary time to really get in touch with all its corners and discover the best kept secrets. The Experience begins at 8 a.m., when our guide picks up the passengers at their respective hotels. We will head southwest along National Route 7 until we reach Potrerillos. We will contemplate the marvelous view of the majestic Cordón del Plata, Mendoza's main water source, and the picturesque Potrerillos Dam, a mirror of crystalline water in the middle of mountains. Then we will continue along this beautiful road, contemplating the unforgettable landscape, passing through tunnels and bridges, until we reach the town of Uspallata. Again we will make a strategic stop to get a better view of the Valley as a whole. Once we return to the route, we prepare for the main course of the exit: Aconcagua Provincial Park. There we will obtain the corresponding permits to make a walk of approximately one hour. Once back in the van, we will travel a few kilometers until we reach the "Puente del Inca" (Inca Bridge). Obligatory stop in this iconic place of our Cordillera. There we will know its peculiar history and we will obtain a great view of the bridge. Once the day is over, we will start our way back to the city.

Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel. Tonight, you're in for a treat as we've arranged a Tango Porteño dinner and show. The show magically recreates the most important and transcendent period in the history of tango, luxuriously framing it in a building from those years that used to be a movie-theater owned by the Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer. Today, it presents a refined atmosphere and rescues the pure deco style of the golden age, combining it with an artistic cast and a high quality gastronomic display that honors the era it represents. It's the image of Buenos Aires, the “City of Tango”. Dishes are prepared with great care using the highest quality ingredients. Have a magical night in this cozy atmosphere, enjoying a wonderful dinner and witnessing an incredible show.
